School Production Report & Pictures
At the end of last term, the cast and crew of A Christmas Carol cast put on three amazing performances after months of hard work. The cast, made up of pupils from second year to upper sixth, worked together to create a production that will be remembered. Not only did the audience love the show, the script creator, Andrew Devonshire, watched one performance and even went as far as to personally congratulate every one of us in a kind letter! He mentioned how we were able to keep the audience fully enthralled throughout the entire duration of our show and commended our incredible acting. It wasn’t only the actors that did an incredible job: sound, lighting, and backstage teams of pupils and staff support helped give our production a professional edge. Thanks to the instrumental Ms Stevenson whose dedication to the production kept us motivated and ensured rehearsals were exciting and fun. On behalf of myself and the cast, we are so glad we got to experience this aspect of school life!
