Please be aware of the School Policies Acceptable use of the Internet Policy
Each pupil has their own username and password for logging on to the school C2K computers.
Your password must be at least 8 characters in length and ideally contain an upper case letter, a lower case letters, and a number or symbol.
Password last for 120 days and previous passwords cannot be reused. Keep your password to yourself!
Outside of school use the My School Website to access your school resources: http://www.c2kschools.net/
Change Password details
Strathearn staff & Penrhyn teachers can unlock pupil accounts and change passwords during school hours for pupils at their school.
If your password expires outside school you can change it via: www.c2kni.net ¦ C2k School Services ¦ Change Your Password
Inside school when you are logged on you can change your password with CTRL + ALT & Delete
Passwords can be changed by teachers at anytime or in the ICT Support Office during break time
MY Files can be found in the Files and Apps section of the Launch menu found under View All on MySchool.
Remember outside of school to log out of your accounts before closing your web browser.
My Apps - does not work.

Each year pupils are given £5 of printing credits. At the end of the year any remaining credit will be carried through to the next school year.
£2.50 printing top up cards may be purchased from the finance office. Follow the instructions on the card to add the credit.

Each pupil has their own email account. The email address takes the following format email@example.com

Pupil AUP - There is an Acceptable Use Policy to be signed and followed in order to be allocated a school iPad
Appleid - We use Apple School Managed Appleids which give 200GB of storage space and do not allow direct access to the App Store
How to install Apps - the Self-Service App gives access to install apps pre-purchased and allocated by the school as required
How to add in your email - you can use the Outlook App for accessing you’re @c2ken.net email or you can sign in to the Exchange server via the Mail App.
Jamf Parent - can be used by parents to lock down iPads to required apps for homework

The Learning Centre is open at lunchtime and after school to 4:25 for use by pupils needing to do school work on the computers.
Monday to Friday lunchtime: 12:50pm – 1.40pm
Monday to Friday after school: 3.30pm – 4.25pm
• From time to time the Learning Centre is used to hold events or exams during these times the Learning Centre will be closed – see door notices and notices on the TV screens
• The Learning Centre may be not always be open at the times given above
Sixth Form Instructions for booking Learning Centre seats:
Sixth Formers access the booking system via http://strathearnschool.org/booking/ or use the booking computers in Study or the Learning Centre to book a free seat on the day.
