Form 1 History pupils met Dr James ‘Mad Hatter’ Hatfield and his assistant Igor who guided them through some 18th Century medical procedures. Our brave volunteers had dentistry, blood letting and amputations performed but everyone went home in one piece! This workshop supplemented our learning of Health and Medicine throughout time and pupils thoroughly enjoyed the event.
