The class of '92 celebrated their 30 year reunion at Civil Service Club, Stormont. We have been very fortunate to be able to meet up at 10 years, 20 years, 25 and now 30.
Some people live locally but many had travelled and it was great to see everyone. Despite being a lot older than when we left Strathearn, the noise level very quickly reached that of the 6th form common room as we caught up and reminisced.
The school lent their support by providing photos, merit badges and a letter which left everyone with a lump in their throat. As Mrs Connery said both in her letter and on your first day at school - some of these people you are with now will be friends for life. Our reunions are a testament to the friendships that started in Strathearn and continue to this day.
Lastly – it’s worth mentioning that Watts won the house competition on the night!
