U6 History pupils travelled to Dublin yesterday for a trip to supplement their knowledge of the A2 Partition Of Ireland module. We were treated to professionally guided tours of the main sites of the Easter Rising and Kilmainham Gaol. Pupils found the experience very beneficial and interesting and it was great to see the actual sites and places we have been learning about in class.
The History Department is delighted to be able to take pupils on educational visits once again and we look forward to extending our learning beyond the classroom on many more occasions.
