Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have temporarily suspended the use of the biometric system for purchasing canteen lunches. Instead, each pupil and staff member will receive a contactless id card during their induction day, which may be used to purchase lunches in the canteen. We have taken this opportunity to go completely cashless and we would ask that you top up your canteen account online via the parentmail app, by using your debit card in the Finance Office or by phoning the Finance Office with your card details.
At this time, it has been necessary to change the operating hours and systems and, for an interim period, the canteen will not be open for ‘breakfast’ and ‘break’. Parents are asked to provide pupils with a snack and drink for their break.
We are operating a pre ordering system for the purchase of takeaway lunches for staff and pupils. If you wish to avail of this service, you must place your order, via the following link https://strathearn.dishup.app/locations, before 12:00 noon on the day before you wish to purchase a canteen lunch. For lunches required on a Monday – please place your order by 12:00 noon on the previous Friday. For lunches required on Tuesday 1 September, please place your order by 12:00 noon on Friday 28 August.

Please ensure you have sufficient credit on your canteen account before you order. The total cost of your order will then be debited to your canteen account. Your takeaway lunch will be delivered to your classroom (Forms 1 – 3) or you may collect it from the canteen at a specified time (Forms 4 – U6). Staff may collect pre-ordered lunches from the canteen at an agreed time.
