On the 7th of March we welcomed a group of Prep 2 pupils from Penrhyn to celebrate World Book Day. They dressed up as their favourite book character and brought the book that the character was from with them. Some sixth form pupils volunteered to read with the girls. After reading in small groups, Tara, Jessica and Rebecca read The Lion in the Library to the class and roars could be heard throughout the Library. The pupils from Penrhyn had a very good time reading with us and we enjoyed their company very much and hope to have them back soon.
Thank you to Dr Haire, Miss Hunter and all of Prep 2 and Happy World Book Day!
