In East Belfast and North Down there are so many good and popular schools which does make things easier. When filling in the Transfer Form, please put down all the schools you would like to go to in the order you want – the only thing is certain is that if you don’t apply to a specific school you won’t be able to get there.
Please don’t try to guess which school will have places – you don’t need to – and no-one knows how it will be this year. Information on admissions patterns for Strathearn is available here BUT if you would like to go to Strathearn please put us down on your Transfer Form, no matter what your score.
A letter informing you which post-primary school you have been placed at will be posted on Friday 22 May 2015 for arrival the next day. Further details of the time-line are available in the Education and Library Transfer Books.
