At the Strathearn Leavers’ Ceremony on Thursday 4 September 2014, Mr Manning congratulated the leavers on the excellent results achieved at both GCSE and A-level. He commended the staff and pupils for their expertise and commitment so that a record 87% of the A-level pupils achieved 3 A-levels at grades A*-C and prizes were awarded to 30% of the year group who achieved 3 grade As or better.
This was the first time the ceremony was held in the new assembly hall and Mr Manning projected images of some of the Leavers from their earlier years in Strathearn. It was interesting to see not only how the buildings and grounds have changed but also the pupils!
