At GCSE, for only the second time, 30% of all grades awarded were at A* but a new record has been set with 70% of the grades awarded at A or A*. Forty pupils (one third of the year group) achieved at least 9 grade A or A*s and the high level of success at all grades has resulted in the largest ever number of pupils returning into the Sixth Form.
This is superb level of achievement and bodes well for the girls as they embark upon their AS level studies.
