Congratulations to all the athletes who competed at the Intermediate and Senior Co Down District Athletics Championships on Wednesday 2nd May. Strathearn were crowned Overall Intermediate & Senior Champions. Special congratulations to Amelia Kane, Harriet Platt and the Senior 4 x 300m Relay team who all broke the Co Down record in their events. 14 individuals plus the 3 relay teams have qualified for the Ulster Championships later this month. It is not just the medal winners who gain points, so special congratulations to all those athletes who worked extremely hard to do their best and earn Strathearn valuable points.
